Conquista Bush is head of analytics for Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A. Based in Houston, she leads analytics operations, including compliance and waterfall modeling, while overseeing related client deliverables across the firm’s structured finance and leveraged loan platform. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate trust services, with a focus on operational leadership and process improvement across U.S. and European markets.
Prior to joining Western Alliance Trust Company, she held senior leadership roles at BNY Mellon, most recently as director of analytics. In that role, she led the global analytics function and drove initiatives focused on risk management, process improvement and client delivery.
Ms. Bush earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
