Daniela Kelly joined the Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A., in 2023 as chief administration officer. She is responsible for organizational strategy, process and analytics with a focus on the firm’s risk management, compliance and governance framework. Based in New York, Ms. Kelly has 30 years of experience spanning administrative and operational leadership across debt, equity and alternative business lines.
Prior to joining Western Alliance, Ms. Kelly held senior administrative and operations roles with JP Morgan Chase and BNY Mellon. In those positions, she provided governance for enterprise-wide initiatives including compliance, expense management, business transformation, regulatory reviews, and internal and external audits. Throughout her career, she has led process improvement initiatives, supported talent development programs and overseen organizational change efforts.
Ms. Kelly earned a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
