Saúl Ramirez is a municipal client relationship manager for Western Alliance Trust Company. Based in Austin, Texas, he serves clients nationwide. Mr. Ramirez brings over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry to the role, including corporate trust expertise in previous roles at UMB Bank and Bank of New York Mellon.
Prior to joining Western Alliance in 2025, he was vice president, team manager for Corporate/Municipal and Escrow Agent Services at UMB Bank in Austin, where he expanded Corporate Trust business opportunities to benefit clients across the country. In his previous role as senior client services manager at Bank of New York Mellon, he was responsible for day-to-day administration of accounts, coordination of client services, monitoring of contractual obligations and securing business opportunities with law firms, investment bankers and other industry professionals.
Mr. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston, as well as a Vector Corporate Trust Certification. A longtime resident of Austin, he is active in his community and volunteers for the Austin Food Bank.
