Stephanie Janz joined the Western Alliance Trust Company, N.A., in 2022 as senior product manager. She is responsible for driving system enhancements and efficiencies that support the firm’s collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and leveraged loan services. Based in Houston, Ms. Janz has more than 20 years of experience in corporate trust services, with a focus on product development, client service and operational improvement.
Before joining Western Alliance, Ms. Janz served in leadership roles at Computershare and Wells Fargo Bank, where she managed client service teams and supported key initiatives related to process improvement, training and client relationship management. She began her career in corporate trust at JPMorgan Chase Bank, working across operational support and relationship management roles.
Ms. Janz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Houston–Downtown.
